Customers may request a free return within 180 days from the date of delivery, regardless of the shipping method selected at checkout.

This applies to orders shipped through Express Shipping, Free Express Shipping, Standard Shipping, and Free Standard Shipping.

To qualify for a return:

• Proof of purchase or order information must be provided.

For product protection reasons, certain used, altered, or damaged items may not be eligible for return.

Please do not send products back before receiving return authorization from Havelinq.

4. Return Shipping

Havelinq covers return shipping costs for eligible returns requested within 180 days from the date of delivery, regardless of the shipping method selected at checkout.

After your return request is approved, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label or arrange another return method at no cost to you.

This also applies if:

• The product arrived damaged.

• The wrong item was sent.

• The product has a confirmed manufacturing defect.

Return instructions, including the return address, will be provided after your request is approved.

The return address may be a designated warehouse address and may differ from the company registered address.

5. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval status of your refund.

If approved:

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Original shipping fees will not be refunded unless the return is caused by an error from Havelinq.
